Hi, I'm

— a Registered Nurse. Functional Nutritionist. Homeschool mom of five.

I am also the founder of Body Literacy Lab 4 Kids where I teach kids and teens to understand their bodies and make healthy choices that actually stick.

After years of working in healthcare I realized something important. Kids struggle with mood, focus, energy, cravings, and behavior for one simple reason.

They do not understand how their body works.

Once kids learn the why:

• They stop resisting
• They start noticing how food affects them
• They begin making choices that help them feel better
• AND it all happens naturally without nagging from mom

That is why I created Body Literacy Lab, to bring body literacy into the homeschool world in a way that is fun, practical, and honestly, life changing.
